Nicoletta Rasizzi is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in integrative and aesthetic medicine. As the founder and Clinical Director of Elysara Medical and Wellness, she leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to personalized care, that bridges traditional medicine with innovative wellness therapies.
Nicoletta Rasizzi is an endometriosis patient herself, and her own journey with the condition gave her deep compassion for others going through it. She turned her personal experience into a professional mission—helping women manage endometriosis with care that goes beyond surgery, focusing on long-term healing and support.

Jessica Doto, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a passion for functional medicine and holistic healing. With years of experience in both conventional and integrative healthcare, Jessica specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illness, guiding her patients toward optimal health and well-being.
Jessica’s approach is centered on personalized, evidence-based care, combining advanced diagnostics, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and natural therapies to support the body’s innate ability to heal. She works closely with her patients to create tailored wellness plans that address imbalances, optimize gut health, balance hormones, and promote sustainable lifestyle changes.
Jessica has been practicing in medicine since 1988 in various roles from EMT, ER Nurse, Flight Nurse, hospitalist, and ICU Intensivist. She divides her clinical time between her wellness, IV & aesthetic practice in Ithaca, NY and Long Island. She is credentialed as medical staff in a central NY medical center as well as teaching faculty for a laser device manufacturer.
Dr. George is a board-certified cardiologist and nuclear cardiologist who also holds certifications in functional medicine, ozone therapy, peptide therapy, and BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy). As a fellow of the American Association of Ozonotherapy and a panelist for the BHRT Academy, he is a trailblazer in cutting-edge therapies designed to optimize health and vitality.
As a Cardiologist, Dr. George has an enhanced understanding of long haul Covid-19 symptoms ans how years later the effects of this corona virus continue to affect patients. His tireless pursuit for ongoing specializations place him in the unique category of a true integrative cardiologist. Integrating traditional medicine with functional medicine allows for his concentration on slowing the aging process by analyzing what is driving the aging process.

Danielle has been an RN for 23 years. Her experience includes working with oncology patients, including working for Memorial Sloan Kettering. Travel nursing, hospice, and working for a large dermatology practice in NYC, where she assisted the doctors with MOHS surgery, cosmetic, and laser procedures. As of most recently she has been an IV infusion nurse for the last 7 years. Her passion for patient care remains her utmost priority second only to the “by the book” attitude to patient safety and comfort.
As a Registered Nurse for over 23 years, in adult & pediatric emergency medicine, April has extended her skills & education into Lactation Consulting as part of her efforts in helping to empower families to achieve optimal health & wellness.
As the owner of Golden Latch, she continues her dedication to finding the root causes of breastfeeding challenges.
Practicing as a certified Esthetician for over 13 years with a world-class plastic surgery practice, coupled with her prior experience in medicine and certifications as a phlebotomist and medical assistant, allows for her all-encompassing approach to her patients’ skin care, laser skin corrections, hair removal, microneedling, and laser & facial treatments. Michelle is also the founder of CMe Skin Care.
As a recently certified phlebotomist, Melina also serves as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her mastery of technology allows for seamless integration of Elysara patients among our medical providers and affiliates. She continues her education, pursuing her nursing degree.
As a graduate with her BS in Health Sciences, Sophia is our go-to person for administrative, technology and front office tasks.

With over combined 7 years of training Maria is a certified Level IV Usui Reiki Master & Trainer. Maria sees Reiki as not just about relaxation, she is a firm believer in the pain management & trauma healing qualities of Reiki. She enhances her practice with therapies including the use of tuning forks and other chakras.
Kathy is a successful fashion designer, who as a patient, embarked on a new career in integrative medicine. She has been in practice administration for many years. As an administrator and coordinator she ensures that every Elysara patient is carefully overseen during their journey to wellness.

As Founder/Director of Lotus Physical Therapy and a practicing Physical Therapist for over 20 years, Rachel’s passion has always been women’s health. Pelvic Floor Dysfunction due to childbirth, trauma, abdominal/pelvic surgery, and hormonal changes is all managed by her Pelvic Floor Therapy techniques.
Colleen is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and is the Founder/Director of Universal Polarity Therapy. Her widening practice integrates additional aspects of holistic medicine, from the use of sound therapy to alchemy. Her integrative approach to her patients has led to the benefits of combining traditional medicine with holistic therapy to ensure patients reach their wellness goals.
As a firm believer in integrating Oriental Medicine and Western Medicine to treat a wide range of ailments and for general well-being. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and is board Certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Her internship credentials include Columbia University and specializes in Pain Management, Womens Health & Wellness and Stress Management.
Cindy has been a Registered Nurse for over 27 years, with a great passion for holistic & integrative medicine. Her skills and education reach into innovative therapies such as ozone therapy, IV therapy, biomagnetic pair therapy, and neurological support techniques.
