ELYSARA Medical & Wellness provides consultations with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians. Below are the details of our consultation fees and policies:
Consultation Costs
- Initial Consultation: $395 – $1,200
- Follow-up Consultation: $175 – $550
- Endometriosis Initial Counsel with RN – $150
- The cost varies depending on the specialist and time spent with you.
What’s Included in an Initial Consultation?
- Review of your medical history
- Assembly of prior medical records and test results
- At least 30 minutes of face-to-face (or telephonic) consultation
- Additional behind-the-scenes time spent on collaboration, documentation, and medical orders
💡 Additional time beyond the initial consultation is billed at 50% of the base cost, in 15-minute intervals.
Follow-up Consultations
- The first 15-minute follow-up within 30 days of the initial consult is free.
- Regular follow-up consultations (45 days or more after the initial consult) last 15 minutes and are billed at the standard follow-up rate.
Scheduling & Payments
- To avoid confusion, we recommend calling or texting for an appointment quote.
- New patients must provide a payment method to secure an appointment (no charge until after the consult).
- Missed Appointments:
- Canceling within less than 24 hours or failing to show up will result in a No-Show Fee (25% of the consultation fee).

Insurance & Reimbursement
- After your consultation, you will receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurance provider.
- While some of our providers may be “In-Network” at other locations, they are likely Out-Of-Network when visiting our office.
- We will assist in providing the necessary documentation, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
