Understanding Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a chronic condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterine cavity. This often results in pain, inflammation, digestive issues, and, in some cases, infertility. Common symptoms include pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, bloating (“endo belly”), and pain during intercourse.

THERE IS NO CURE FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS, BUT WE CAN HELP YOU  MANAGE IT!

Our ELYSARA team understands that endometriosis affects more than just the reproductive system—it impacts the body, mind, and quality of life. Our integrative model blends advanced medical therapies with supportive wellness strategies to reduce pain, support recovery post-surgery, and improve long-term quality of life.

Our integrative & collaborative
Approach

Whether you are 2–3 months post-excisional surgery or navigating chronic symptoms, our goal is to support healing, minimize recurrence, and help you reclaim comfort and vitality.

1

hormonal balance & Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Customized BHRT protocols are designed to restore hormonal balance, address estrogen dominance, improve mood, and help reduce endometrial tissue stimulation. Our approach is individualized based on comprehensive hormonal profiling to optimize sustained relief.

2

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

LDN is used to modulate immune function, reduce chronic inflammation, and relieve persistent pain. At low doses, it offers a non-addictive strategy to help regulate immune response and support long-term symptom control.

3

IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy

Administered directly into the bloodstream for optimal absorption, our targeted nutrient infusions (including Vitamin C, magnesium, and B-complex) support: • Inflammation reduction • Enhanced cellular energy • Tissue healing and resilience

4

Anti-Inflammatory Dietary & Lifestyle Support

We provide structured guidance on shifting toward an anti-inflammatory diet rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber — an evidence-based strategy that can help mitigate systemic inflammation and ease symptoms.

Colleen Petruzzi - youniverse THERAPY & Neuroplasticity

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s remarkable ability to adapt and reorganize itself throughout life. This means your brain can form new connections, strengthen existing ones, and even rewire pathways in response to experiences, learning, or injury. Thanks to neuroplasticity, we can develop new skills, recover from setbacks, and change unhelpful thought patterns—proving that personal growth and healing are always possible at any age.

reiki therapy for Endometriosis Patients

Reiki is a gentle, restorative therapy that helps reduce stress, ease pelvic tension, and support your body’s natural healing process. For many women with endometriosis, it offers deep relaxation and a sense of control alongside medical and surgical care.

Where healing begins with balance.

FASCIA RELEASE MASSAGE

This therapy is particularly beneficial for:

Upper and Lower Back Pain

Releases tight fascia and muscle knots that contribute to chronic back pain.

Abdominal Pain

Loosens fascial adhesions around the pelvic and abdominal organs, reducing discomfort and improving mobility.

Leg Pain and Sciatica

Fascia restrictions can irritate nerves like the sciatic nerve. Releasing these restrictions helps alleviate nerve compression and pain radiating down the legs.

By restoring flexibility and improving circulation, fascia release massage helps decrease pain and enhances function in affected areas.

Shockwave Therapy for Pain Relief

Shockwave therapy uses focused sound waves to stimulate tissue repair and relieve chronic pain. For endometriosis patients, shockwave therapy can:.

This non-invasive treatment complements Maria’s other therapies, providing a multi-faceted approach to managing the complex pain patterns associated with endometriosis.
